Terms and conditions are outlined to ensure smooth and efficient waste management services. Residents are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

Collection Schedule

  • A deposit is required upon the drop-off of the container. This deposit will be applied to your final collection fee in the event of service termination.

  • 1 collection required per month unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prepayment must be made by 2pm on the day before the collection day and a member of staff must be notified confirming the name and Eircode unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bins must be placed at the agreed collection point by 9am on the designated collection day.
  • General waste bins are for non-recyclable household waste only.
  • Recycling bins are for paper, cardboard, plastics, metals. Items should be rinsed and free of food residue. Spoiled containers will be refused and rescheduled on general waste collection days on general waste bin rates.
  • Garden waste bins are for grass clippings, leaves, and small branches. No food waste or plastic bags are allowed. Spoiled containers will be refused and rescheduled on general waste collection days on general waste bin rates.
  • Food waste bins are for unconsumed food, plate scrapings, vegetable peels, bones, egg shells, tee bags, coffee grounds, fats and oils, compostable bin liners. Spoiled containers will be refused and rescheduled on general waste collection days on general waste bin rates.
  • Bins that contain incorrect materials will not be collected and will be rescheduled for collection on a general waste bin rate.
  • Bulky waste collection is available by appointment for large items that do not fit in standard bins.
  • Residents can request additional bins or replacements for damaged bins through our customer service.
